Informal leader is the person who lead in a society and have no formal position in an organization(government, non-government, business, political party, etc)

There are two kinds of informal leader:
1)naturally created
People in this category includes public figures who succed in social development and society engineering, ,such as:Muhammad Yunus
2)artificially born
Instant idols are in this group, who intend to be famous just for their appetite.
for example: Indonesian Idol contestant.
